As part of this project, Next Synergy Solutions initially received PDF drawings for concept-level modelling and subsequently played a key role from the conceptual stage to the construction phase. The healthcare service provider used Next Synergy Solutions’ expertise for multi-discipline modelling, coordination, clash detection, and clash rectification. 

Architectural: Our responsibilities included populating the model with intricate details and generating General Arrangement, Tender Stage documents, and Construction Drawings. 

Structural: We populated the model with structural elements and provided coordination with other disciplines, along with sleeves location based on the final clash-free model. 

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire: Our tasks involved modelling as per shared designs, running clash detection, sharing clash reports, organising collaborative meetings to resolve clashes, and providing drawings for clash-free modelling elements per each discipline’s requirements.  Our tasks involved modelling as per shared designs, running clash detection, sharing clash reports, organising collaborative meetings to resolve clashes, and providing drawings for clash-free modelling elements per each discipline’s requirements. 

Active participation in weekly meetings for various stakeholders allowed Next Synergy Solutions to provide progress updates on the model and facilitate clash coordination. This ongoing involvement ensured a seamless integration of our contributions throughout the project lifecycle.
